Tuscania Ceramiche
• Our Company, Our Reality
The History
Founded in 1973, Tuscania S.p.A. is an Italian company producing high-quality porcelain stoneware. Thanks
to numerous investments made over the years, Tuscania S.p.A. is certified as a factory 4.0.
It is a
concentration of technology and automation, with production exclusively in ITALY, extending over an area of
367,000 square meters. The technologies adopted are the most innovative, both in terms of production
efficiency and energy saving and environmental sustainability.
The experience gained over time, with the sensitivity typical of those who work with a natural product, has become, through virtuous paths, a way of thinking and operating. Today, with the industrialization of processes, computerization, and management attentive to changes and the evolution of taste and style, "Tuscania," as affectionately recognized by the market, has transformed into a cutting-edge company, autonomous, and free to make ambitious and successful choices.
The boxes for tuscania products are made from recycled paper and packaged internally using a new type of packaging machine that allows cutting cardboard packaging to size, based on actual format needs, reducing waste from inventory leftovers to zero and achieving significant cardboard savings.
All water and production waste are 100% reused, the electrical energy is self-produced through an innovative photovoltaic system, and the raw materials are made with carefully selected and controlled mixtures that are transformed into a sustainable material.
Production
The annual production of about 7 million square meters, divided into tiles for interiors and exteriors, in different formats and finishes, consists of innovative, safe, and environmentally friendly items. The nature of tuscania products ensures the absence of emissions of toxic and polluting substances, does not accumulate static charges, is frost-resistant, completely inert, and does not get damaged upon contact with flames. The 250 employees work in a safe place and in ethically sustainable environmental conditions.
