  1. 2. Purpose and legal basis of the processing

The Data Controller has drawn up a register of processing operations which specifies all the processing operations carried out with a detailed indication of the recipients, the risks on the data and the measures taken to protect them.

  1. Recipients and transfers outside the European Union

Personal data will not be disclosed to third parties or resold for any reason, in addition to what is indicated in point 2 above.

 

  1. Retention period

The personal data collected for the purpose covered by this policy will be kept until the withdrawal of consent referred to in point 2, unless the same information is subject to other processing by the same Data Controller (retention of binding records such as invoices). In any case, upon withdrawal of consent, the data will no longer be processed for the purpose described in point 2.

 

  1. Rights of the data subject

As a data subject, you have the rights referred to in Art. 15 Reg. 679/2016 and in particular the rights to:

  • obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of personal data concerning yourself, even if not yet recorded, and their communication in an intelligible form;
  • obtain the indication: a) of the origin of the personal data; b) of the purposes and methods of processing; c) of the logic applied in case of processing carried out with the help of electronic instruments; d) of the identification details of the Data Controller, the data processors and any representative appointed pursuant to Art. 3.1, Reg. 679/2016; e) of the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who may become aware of it as a designated representative in the territory of the State, as managers or appointees;
  • obtain: a) the updating, rectification or, when interested, the integration of the data; b) the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those whose retention is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed; c) certification that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, also with regard to their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except in the case in which such fulfilment proves impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right;
  • object, in whole or in part: a) for legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal data concerning yourself, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection; b) to the processing of personal data concerning yourself for the purpose of sending advertising material or direct sales or for carrying out market research or commercial communication, through the use of automated calling systems without the intervention of an operator by e-mail. Please note that the right of opposition of the data subject, set out in point b) above, for direct marketing purposes through automated methods extends to the traditional ones and that in any case the possibility for the data subject to exercise the right of opposition even in part remains. Therefore, the data subject may decide to receive only communications by traditional means or only automated communications or neither type of communication.
  • It also has the rights referred to in Articles 16-21 Reg. 679/2016 (Right to rectification, right to be forgotten, right to restriction of processing, right to data portability, right to object), as well as; the right to complain to the Data Protection Authority.

THE “DATA CONTROLLER”

Following consultation of this site, data relating to identified or identifiable persons may be processed.
The “controller” of their processing is Tuscania SpA for the protection of personal data, which is based in Via Giardini Sud, 4603 – 41028 Serramazzoni (Modena) (Mo) Italy.

PLACE OF DATA PROCESSING

The processing connected to the web services of this site takes place at the aforementioned headquarters and is handled only by technical personnel in charge of the processing, or by any persons in charge of occasional maintenance operations.
The data communicated may be communicated or disseminated to third parties (Couriers, Shippers, Post Office) for needs related to the sending of information material or to manage requests for information and send the requested commercial or promotional material and the related detailed information.
The personal data provided by users who submit requests for the sending of information material (requests for general contact, requests for quotes, request for subscription to newsletters, answers to questions, specific requests, requests relating to products or services, etc.) are used for the sole purpose of performing the service or provision requested and are communicated to third parties only in the event that this is necessary for this purpose.
The data provided are collected and processed by Tuscania SpA in harmony with its purposes related and instrumental to the Company’s activity as described in the presentation pages of this site.

The processing related to the web services of this site takes place at the aforementioned headquarters and is handled only by the technical personnel of the Office in charge of the processing. In case of need, the data necessary for the operation of the site can be processed by the personnel of the company that takes care of the maintenance of the technological part of the site, Video Studio 1 s.n.c., at the headquarters of the same company.

The web services are provided by Video Studio 1 s.n.c. through servers located in the European Community and in particular on Italian soil, compliant with the directives and regulations currently in force regarding the protection and processing of personal data.

TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED

Browsing data
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.
This information is not collected to be associated with identified data subjects, but by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.
This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users who connect to the site, the addresses in URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the user’s computer environment.
This data is used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct functioning and is deleted immediately after processing. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in the event of hypothetical computer crimes against the site: except for this possibility, at present the data on web contacts do not persist for more than sixty days.
Data provided voluntarily by the user
The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of e-mails to the addresses indicated on this site involves the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address, necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data included in the message.

COOKIES

Definition of Cookies:
Cookies are small data files composed of letters and digits that allow the web server to store on the client (the browser) information to be used during navigation on the site (session cookies) or later, even after a certain time (persistent cookies). METHODS OF PROCESSING

Personal data are processed both in paper and electronic form and consist of the storage, use, communication and dissemination – as specified in the chapter “PLACE OF DATA PROCESSING” of this document – of the data communicated.
Specific security measures are observed to prevent data loss, illegal or incorrect use and unauthorised access.
The subjects to whom the personal data refer have the right at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of the same data and to know their content and origin, verify their accuracy or request their integration or updating, rectification or cancellation or limitation of the processing that concerns them or to object to the processing (Articles 15 et seq. of the Regulation).
Pursuant to the same article, the data subject is entitled to request the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, as well as to oppose in any case, for legitimate reasons, to their processing.
Please note that the deletion of the name from the Tuscania SpA data archive entails the waiver of all the services offered by the Company.
